Happy (belated) new year! Unless you are celebrating Chinese new year which starts today. Either way, I hope your year is off to a fantastic start and you have thawed out from the recent polar vortex.
My father continues to grow stronger each day. He moved in with me (temporarily!) at the end of last year since it’s easier for him to get around than his house. It’s been a long recovery for him, but I am proud of how hard he has worked and how far he has come.
Fr. Damian, who is studying in Rome was in town for the holidays and we were able to catch up as well as celebrate mass together. He recently wrote a book which is available for preorder if interested in checking it out. He is a profound writer who always has a lot of good things to say.
Speaking of which, I finished the first draft of my book and am in the process of editing and exploring publishing options. Stay tuned for more details on that!
Hopefully, I won’t take as long between my next update.
